• AdBlue® is a highly pure 32.5% urea solution standardized according to DIN 70070.
• It is transported in a separate tank for vehicles with selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology.
• The urea solution is supplied to the catalyst and therefore requires absolute purity.
• This reduces the pollutants in the exhaust gases of diesel-powered commercial vehicles by up to 80%, enabling compliance with the future EURO 5 standard.

How much AdBlue is needed?
AdBlue consumption is on average about 5% of diesel consumption. Therefore, for highway driving, approximately 0.5 liters of AdBlue is required per 100 kilometers with a consumption of 10 liters of diesel fuel.
