ERC CatClean Special Additive

• The ERC CatClean special additive is designed for use in diesel fuel to burn off soot deposits in diesel particulate filters (DPF).
• It is added to a specially provided container and is therefore mixable with the fuel.
• It already works in the combustion chamber and ensures a permanent, additive-supported regeneration of the diesel particulate filter during operation.
• This protects the diesel particulate filter for a longer service life without maintenance, downtime, or problems by permanently keeping the filter free by direct combustion of the deposited soot particles.

• The ERC CatClean special additive works catalytically and reduces the ignition temperature of the soot to about 350°C.
• Even under low loads and corresponding lower temperatures, continuous soot combustion can be ensured, which is ideal for short-distance vehicles.
• It is suitable for any filter material and does not change the diesel quality.
• It can be used in any diesel engine or unit with additive-supported particulate filter systems – from trucks and forklifts to CHPs and, of course, in turbo-diesel engines.
• The possible applications are almost unlimited and lead to an improved burnout and thus the reduction of soot already during the combustion process.

• The ERC CatClean special additive is manufactured according to VW standard G 052 143 A2 and is used in a concentration of 1 liter of CatClean per 500 or 1000 liters of diesel fuel, depending on the recommendation of the filter manufacturer.
• It is supplied in a plastic bottle with a capacity of 1 liter.
• The use of the ERC CatClean special additive ensures a cost and time-saving filter regeneration with drastic environmental relief.
